Buying a watch as a gift

Hello, I am looking for something special for a special friend of mine.

She is a woman and I would like to get some suggestions before to buy her a gift for her 40th Birthday, a watch to be more precise :)

Our total budget is 700 Euros, we are looking for something modern and stylish, black or white.
