The new Maurice Lacroix Phases de Lune Automatique shows the Queen of the Night progressing slowly across a vaulted window at 6:00 o’clock. Indicating the phases of the moon is a watchmaking complication. It is of the most poetic watchmaking complication.

This timepiece adopts a traditional design to reveal the lunar cycle, lasting 29 days and 12 hours. Driven by the self-winding ML37 caliber, the lunar months are displayed between the day of the week and month indications on a disk at 12:00 o'clock and the date is showed by a center hand.

The dial is made in mother-of pearl with the hands highlighted with Superluminova, it resorts to esthetic perfection to refine and light up time. With a 38 mm diameter case and is water-resistant to 30 meters.

The collection is completed with its diamond-studded bezel delicately bordering the mother-of-pearl face.
