The Carrera Chronograph was designed by former Heuer CEO Jack Heuer, and was first released in 1964.

To commemorate Jack Heuer's 80th birthday year, TAG Heuer has released a limited edition:

The magic of this watch is the dial, which is both what sets the watch apart from the modern Carrera range and provides the visual link to the original Heuer Carrera of the 1960s.

The watch case is 41 mm in diameter and Inside the Jack Heuer Carrera is the Calibre 17 movement, which is a Tag Heuer modified ETA 2894-2.

On the dial we saw a vintage red Heuer logo and in tachymeter scale the “80” in red.

In the caseback we saw the Heuer Family coat of arms and Jack Heuer signature in red.

Only 2996 lucky collectors will have access to this precious watch.

For me: This watch is almost perfect.
